Jerry Graff
President
Jerry founded Pivotal Edge and is currently the President, a role in which he oversees the day to day operation of the company. Prior to founding Pivotal Edge, Jerry had 15 years of experience in the secondary ticketing space working in various roles including spending 11 years as the Vice President of Worldwide Tickets. He began his career in corporate management working for Aramsco and Macy’s. Jerry and his family reside in Florida.
Bradley Reynolds
Vice President
Bradley joined the Pivotal Edge team as Vice President in January of 2020. In this role, he is responsible for the growth and strategy of the company. Bradley spent the first 12 years of his career on the team side with executive leadership roles at Duke University, with IMG-Learfield, and in Minor League Baseball. Bradley currently resides on the Gulf Coast with his wife Jordan and their two sons, David and Ben.
Hailee Mahan (Codiga)
Hailee joined the Pivotal Edge team in March of 2024 as the Director of Partnerships. In this role, she oversees business development opportunities for the company and supports our partners. Prior to joining the Pivotal Edge team, she spent 10 years on the primary side of the sports and entertainment ticket industry with stops at the University of Oregon, Northern Arizona University, and the Air Force Academy. Hailee resides in Colorado.

Christopher Flynn
Christopher joined Pivotal Edge as Director of Business Development in July 2024. With over a dozen years of experience working in professional sports ticketing, he’s been a member of the ticketing leadership teams at Sporting Kansas City, Aspire Group at Georgia Tech, and the Oakland Athletics.

Jake Spielberger
With extensive experience in customer success, partnerships, and operations, Jake has built a career dedicated to optimizing client relationships and driving results across industries. Previously serving as a Customer Operations and Partnerships professional at Keychain in New York City, Jake managed client communications, scheduled sales meetings, and collaborated with major retailers such as Target, Amazon, and Whole Foods to enhance brand partnerships.
